    Lovely photo of the palm trees.

    This is a thought provoking post.

    Living in cities we find trees are being cut down for concrete buildings. In Kochi, many trees have been cut down recently for the construction of metro rail. Again in Kochi, numerous coconut palms have been cut down for constructing mobility hub., Many trees have been cut down for constructing collectors residence and his office. Recently municipality cut down a huge tree for constructing a stage for the political parties to deliver their sermons to the public. Somehow development and trees don't jell. A time will come when we will have no trees in cities.

    I was thrilled to see the palm trees in the concrete jungle.
